Obstetrics & Gynecology
In obstetrics & gynecology we are active in the fields of contraception, treatment of urinary stress incontinence and pregnancy related discomfort caused by abdominal, back and pelvic pain. »Outside of Germany, our products are also currently being marketed in many other European countries, as well as in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, North America, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Currently the export rate is 66%, especially in the realm of our fast growing sleep medical products.

Tomed's mandibular advancement devices to treat primary snoring and obstrucive sleep apnoea in adults are CE marked for unlimited distribution throughout the E.U. member states. Apart from the new SomnoGuard SP series all appliances are 510(k) cleared by the FDA in the U.S. under the clearance no. K061688. Preparation of the FDA application regarding the new SP series is now on its way.
